Description
NO1 SEALER QUARTZ is made with water-based acrylic copolymers that contain aggregates, giving it a rough finish. it is compatible with cement, lime, and all hydraulic binders. works well on both porous and non-porous surfaces. offers high resistance to water and alkalis.
AREAS OF APPLICATION
Suitable for various applications including union bridges for microcement, mortar-concrete and plaster-mortar combinations. it is also suitable for use on partition walls, wrought iron fronts, plasterboard, and vertical or horizontal surfaces.
Recommended for applications on smooth surfaces such as mirrors, furniture, tiles, glass, etc. where additional adhesion is needed.

CONSUPTION
- 0,1 l – 0,15 / m2 (depends on substrate porosity)
APPLICATION
- Shake before using
- Apply using the conventional techniques of sealers/primers application
- Apply by roller or paint brush.
- The surface must be free of dust and grease.
- If applying to concrete, the surface should be firm (with a minimum tensile strength of 1.5 n/mm2) and dry (with a maximum allowable humidity of 4%).
PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS
- Dries in about an hour (depending on the site conditions)
- Minimum application temperature: +5 ° C.
SPECIAL PRECAUTIONS
- Do not apply on wet surfaces.
- Do not apply in temperatures below + 5 ° C.
- In case of contact with eyes, wash them with plenty of clean water and consult a doctor. Hands and skin should be washed with soap and hot water. Avoid release to the environment.
STORAGE CONDITIONS
The life – time of the product is 12 months from the date of manufacture provided it is kept in a dry place protected from the weather.
