Delivery

Our products are generally dispatched within 3 business days after receipt of payment. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

“Available on back order” status  means that the item is not currently available for instant delivery, as we are either out of stock, or in the process of making a new one. It takes between 8-10 working days to receive a product ordered with “Available on back order” status. During COVID-19 lock down in Europe delivery time for products ‘available on back order’ might be longer. Please contact us directly to obtain more details about the delivery time of products ”available on back order”.

Orders for an area above 400m2 might be dispatched within 10-14 working days.Please contact us directly to obtain more details about the delivery time.

ClaudiCemento is an online store, with almost no direct contact with clients. We are fully committed to maintaining our customer and employee safety, and in line with the Government guidelines.

  • Our partner shipping company has changed their orders collection and delivery procedure which reduces the risk of infection by ensuring there is no direct or close contact between the customer and their delivery driver.
