Returns
You have the right to return the purchased goods and obtain a refund without giving any reason.
The deadline to inform us that you want a refund expires after 14 days from the date on which you came into possession of the goods or in which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you came into possession of the goods.
To exercise your right to a refund, you must inform us about this decision by email or phone within the 14 days calendar days of receiving your goods from us, and you will then have another 14 calendar days to return the items back to us.
Please send back or forward the item to the ClaudiCemento LTD registered address, immediately, and in any case not later than 14 days from the date on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the item before the deadline of 14 days.
To be eligible for a return, the item/s must be unused and in the same condition we sent it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Will not sign for or except returned items which are damaged.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item/s, we will inspect it and notify you we have received your returned item/s. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
Once your return is approved, we will refund to you the payments received from you for the returned goods. We will make a refund using the same payment methods that you used in the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise. You will receive the credit within 14 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item/s. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the items.

You are only responsible for the reduction in the value of the item/s resulting from the use of it in a different way than was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item/s.
